Disseminating results of OASIS project on antimicrobial resistance surveillance

Abstract

The OASIS project extends the LQAS-based AMR surveillance in the human domain in the veterinary domain, while implementing a full-fledged LQAS_based AMR surveillance approach in the human domain in Togo and Burkina Faso. The talk focuses on the methodological challenges of the protect. It clearly embeds the LQAS approach in different AMR surveillance objectives.
